Arrival & keys
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 11 am. We'll send you WhatsApp directions for accessing the Monte Tochar estate (24 h security control) and key handover. Arriving outside these hours? Let us know and we'll arrange it.
WiFi
Network: CalmaVilla · Password: you'll find it in the printed house manual, next to the router in the living room.
Hot tub
The outdoor hot tub is heated and ready to use. Please shower before entering, no glass nearby, maximum 6 people. Children must always be supervised. Notice anything odd with the temperature? Message us.
Pool
Unheated pool, available May to October. It is unsupervised: children must always be accompanied by an adult. Please shower before swimming and keep glass away from the pool area.
Fireplace & barbecue
Fireplace instructions are in the printed manual. Barbecue utensils are in the outdoor cabinet; please leave it clean after use.
Rubbish & recycling
Containers are at the entrance to the estate. Bin bags under the kitchen sink.

In Torres Torres and nearby: rice dishes and mountain cuisine. Ask us on WhatsApp for recommendations to match your plans — we love giving tips.
Parking
You can park inside the plot. There is room for several vehicles.
Emergencies
General emergencies: 112. Nearest health centre: Gilet / Sagunto. For anything about the house, our WhatsApp — we reply fast.
